PP mini problems

Hi everyone i have been putting together some of my Cygnar minis for my Warmachine force and i noticed that this models hand wasnt far enough to meet his arm.

After emails to PP i recieved 2 weapons with hands attached though a connection fault rather than the one i needed. However i had the same problem with both the new ones.They are all identically the same in every way.

Now a new box set i have has they same fault on their leader model.

I dont know if this is a design or casting fault.Has anyone else had this problem.

Happens all the time in this hobby, some casts are not perfect, you gotta fix them yourself. My shaggoth didn\'t fit right, I rang my GW shop and they told me they had the same problem with the display piece, I set about it with a pair of pliers.

Id reccomend a spacer in the shaft for that, should be simple to do, and you\'ve got free bits too

from the pic it looks to me like his RIGHT hand isn\'t angled properly and is therefor pulling away the left hand. Can you reposition the right one? Perhaps just a little filler there will push it over enough, and would be easier than extending the shaft.
