Problem with CMON shop?

Hi all,

Perhaps someone can advise me.

I\'ve ordered 12 miniatures on CMON shop few weeks ago. I\'ve received my shipment but one mini was missing.

It is not critical because every body can make mistake, but I\'ve trouble contacting them.

I first sent a mail to shop@coolminiornot.com but no answer. So few days after, I used the online message form but no answer again.

I don\'t know what to do. I think that CMON is a serious site but does someone else had trouble with CMON shop? Is there another way to contact them?

If someone can help, I\'d appreciate ...

I\'ve had the exact same problem. Got my package, but there was a missing mini. Took me about a month to get a reply saying that the mini was going to be shipped out, but then never heard anything else.

Not yet. The response I finaly got was recieved a few days ago, I just now sent another PM to Borg asking if my mini was shipped.

I also have this problem on an order I just received. Ordered an LTD, which is now sold out, and got a different miniature. I pm\'d Borg twice and went twice through the shop...nadda. PMing borg, through the shop or emailing bord@coolminiornot.com are the only ways that I know about.
