Problem with loading pictures

So I fill out the stuff in the new picture thing under my pictures and hit the add new picture and it returns me to the same page without adding the new pic... I've tried waiting, using the link method and browse method but nothing works, I've even tried switching browsers.... anybody know what the deal is? I only have 20 pictures and it says I have a maximum of 100

oh and when I hit the second page button on my pictures is just reloads the page as well on both browsers.
