problems with msn

hi all, so im using msnn messenger(not the latest one) and apparently when im offline ive been sending site adreses to people via email. ive been told its a virus from clicking onto internet sites. has anybody else got this? what do i do to kill it?

sounds like a trojan (although i am not a techie)

a mate had that so he downloaded spybot search and destroy, which got rid of it

Eiuasdrgh.... I don\'t like msn. When you get rid of it, you might want to consider switching to some other program with less adds and junk.
