Alien was a true milestone in cinema, people just hadn't seen horror mixed with syfi before (well, in a realistic way), lets hope this goes back to them roots

The question ive heard asked is wether Prometheus is a prequel or not.....mostly because the ship from the Alien is in it. Ridley Scott has said the two movies are linked but not as in prequel/sequel fashion...
