Promthidion Studio's Work Not Deliever. Please Help!

Hello Folks

I apologize to start my first post with such problem, but please kindly bare with me because I have no where to turn. Even if you are not interested nor can not help me, please serve this one as warning.

Early June I made a purchase from "Robert" AKA Marzena Weglarz (Paypal Name) of promethidion-studio@wp.pl Poland. The purchase is of this very exact model you see here:

I saw the auction on eBay, so I contacted him. He seems to be pleasant and promise me to deliver the model in 2 weeks. As time goes by, every time I ask him for photographs there is always some excuse. As now September, he is no longer registered on eBay and needless to say I doubt he will deliver the model.

I have all the documents to proof I made the purchase and email transactions between us. This is first time happening to me where the seller does not deliver on goods I purchase over the internet. I found his work on here so I thought I post this here so perhaps some of you have made the purchase and in the same situation as me. I do not know what to do except file dispute with this person.

What other action can I take? I know there is a internet fraud on the FBI division, are there other legal action I can take against this person so I can get my money back?

Normally I would say to file a dispute with Paypal. But I worry that it may have happened too long ago. Sounds that way from your post. Still, try Paypal.

Yes the Paypal indeed too long. I plan to file report overseas with FBI internet fraud field office in Poland as I have friends in the bureau. I will keep you all update.

I have seen other buyers purchase from him but do not know how their situation are. If anyone one have the same problem, please step up so we can file jointly.

Can you file a dispute with the credit card you used through PayPal? Assuming you used one. I know that normally, you can and the vendor/seller has to prove they (in this case) sent you "something" with a shipping receipt or the charges are reversed, you get your money back and the seller gets a bill from the credit card.
