Most pleasurable gaming experience happened 15 years ago in a brutal game of warhammer. Chaos(me) vrs. Dark Elves(best friend\'s cousin). After all units had been either slaughtered or left the table it came down to two wizards on a hill facing each other. Dark elf wizard cast first but failed to kill mine which ended with mine burning his to death in a fireball.

Oh-oh-oooh! Thats just sweet and cinematic!
Reminds me of when the only thing stoping my friends High elf noble with \" 1+, i may re-roll save\" from slaughtering my entire army was the heroic intervention of a swordsman regiment!
(He fluffed it, i ran him down...)

Now THAT was a tense game to...

Actually...when im playing with my nurgle army, in turn 4/5, i usually look down on the table and Thinks: \"Where the Hell did my army go?\"
All that remains is my Nurgle lord maiming his way trough my enemies army!

(Funnily ive only ever lost once with that army..2 draws, 1 in my favour, the rest wins)

2 awesome moments in 1 game:

I was playing Emperors Children against Tyranids in a cityfight. The Tyranids brought 2 gargantuan creatures (giant raveners called Trygons) and some gaunts and normal raveners. I had 2 defilers, 2 12-man close-combat squads, 2 heavy weapon teams, and a sorceror with a fairly large retinue. The \'nids deployed via deep strike because they were burrowing into thte city.

Awesome moment 1: One of my close-combat squads got swarmed by a trygon and some gaunts, but they ended up saving 27 of 30 wounds, killing the Trygon, and winning combat.

Awesome moment 2: The next turn, I annihilated an entire squad of raveners with a single shot from a battle cannon.

I fight tyranids a lot, so I\'ve become fairly adept at killing them.

Another thing I like to do is when I play Alpha Legion, I deploy a single Preadator and infiltrate the rest of my army. It confuses the hell out of my opponent. The tank works like bait for enemy heavy support, and enemy heavy support works loke bait for my raptors, which can assault on the first turn if they infiltrate close enough.

Much the same as above, first game with new edition rules I had Ultramarines and my friend(his first game ever) had Imp Guard.

My assault cannon fired and penetrated Chimera. Rolled the worst possible result and detonated the squad inside, the squad susing it for cover and his command squad in one turn.

In honour of that, all Chimera\'s he fields now have number designations of 2 or above...plus we made a crater terrain peice to remember the act.
