I see you keep improving your painting skills too.. :) What\'s your current project? I\'m trying to paint up my new dwarf army, but it\'s taking more time than I had anticipated..

Actually, Wolfie, this belongs in the \"what does your pet look like\" thread. Though not as popular as this one, it does exist. (can\'t recall if that\'s the exact title though)

Haha tell me about it, I\'m working on a commissioned High Elf army in nmm  Other than that I have just started to plan my GD entries, I\'m working on a submission to the local GW store contest and then there\'s a few other commissions waiting to be started...I\'m trying to calculate how many lectures I can skip and still pass my exams lol

That sounds like a very complex kind of calculation if you ask me! :D Missing lectures and failing an exam or too because of painting miniatures is not as bad as it sounds though, I know all about it... So you\'re entering GD? Nice.. my city has no local GW store by the way :(

Save the PYP

Something a little different from the general PYP trend:

This is a very interesting portrait of me. First, the photo was taked by a very good friend of the family, who happens to be one of the best Armenian photographers (he\'s being published in magazines like National Geographic). And later, a very talanted and quite popular Spanish digital artist made a series of collages based on some of those photographs. This one is my favorite.

Pretty as ever Margo - but (and I mean no disrespect by this) the background is fantastic! It makes the picture breathtaking...!

Very nice!

Thanks, Peter!

As for the background, if you mean the building (the column and the weathered stone), it\'s originally in the picture, only the digital artist enhanced it, I think, to make it look even more dramatic. That building is a XXII century Armenian church and it\'s unbelievably beautiful. I can find the original photo if you\'d like to see the background in more detail.

Oh, you\'re interested in digital art? I\'ve found the photo, here it is:

I think the dynamics and richness of the architectural backgroung gave the digital artist a very nice start for a collage. I\'m very lucky that I deserved such a gift from two very talanted people -- the photographer and the digital artist. Not to mention I\'m a big fan of that particular style of the digital art.
