The pic was taken at Dartmouth Castle, in Devon, UK. It\'s actually a small inlet on the River Dart where a small ferry starts the return trip to Dartmouth.
As far as my daughter\'s aware, the steps lead into the water so she can paddle her feet lol

although behind where we\'re sat is a small cave so perhaps when the tide\'s low it may be accessible by foot

I was guessing Devon or Cornwall. We have loads of steps that just go into the water when the tide is in.:flip:
