i am guessing this is another klocke sculpt? not a bad mini (no so chestnut headed!!) lovely pj too. good to see you going nuts on a mini!

It isn't a Klocke sculpt! (I know shock for all!)
It is sculpted by Derek Schubert. He's taken some notes from Werner but he has his own style as well. He's gotten very good in the past year or so and has been working on a lot of the Pathfinder stuff Reaper is putting out as well as turning Wayne Reynold's illustrations into minis and doing a very accurate translation too.

Unfortunately it was a commission so it's off with it's new owner , Shawn haha! The detail is brilliant up close though, dunno how she does it, I go cross eyed...

Yeah, I gave up paying attention to rating Skelly. They seldom seem to make much sense these days. Have to say though, closups would really help. I've seen this woman to mental things on minis that gets a bit "lost" for lack of a better word because it's so small. The eyes she does are incredible, for instance, but you can't see it that far out in the shot.

well at least now the score slowly starts to head at the right direction. as you say score dont tell that much, but when i saw this at 7,8 i seriously started to wonder. would love to see this irl, that pattern looks incredible.

I must say, from where you were at a couple years ago, I'm very much glad that you put your mind to it and focused on improving. Your work has really benefited!
Its sometimes frustrating feeling like you've made big improvements only to have a poor scoring, and see other pieces that arent so great receive high scores.
I will say that if you keep on working at your technique and colours, you will keep improving.
Only thing I feel isnt quite right on this mini is the blue/beige design part on the dress, feels slightly out of style with the rest of the figure
