Question about cool mini shop

I know it seems like a weird question (or does to me) but the cool mini shop is reliable right? Ive had bad experiences with online stores before and I figure its a safe bet to buy from this site but Id love to get some reassurance.

Iv\'e had great service every time Ive ordered from it. I\'m sure someone will come forward and say that they have had some sort of issue, but its very seldom. If there was problems this forum would be full of complaints and well its not.

If you watch the front page, its a constant announcement after another that the CMON shop has yet again been re stocked with the hottest selling miniatures around..someones buying them.

As someone who\'s been buying stuff online (oh god, a DECADE now?!) for a while, I\'ll state that I\'ve been happy with the CMON shop. My last order shipped out the next day.

I can recommend the CMON store. I\'ve bought from them for years and rarely had any issues. Those few problems that DID happen where dealt with swiftly and to my satisfaction.

I\'m mostly happy with the CMON shop. There\'s been a couple of issues with orders before, usually about parts missing from the order, but they have always been resolved satisfactorily, and always within a very reasonable timeframe (longest resolution period ever was 48 hours).

I\'m generally happy with it. Orders are shipped in a reasonable period of time, for one thing. That\'s more than some places can say.

It\'s on my list of reliable shops to buy from. I had a problem with one order (got one mini that wasn\'t the one I ordered instead of the one I ordered) but they sent out the one I really wanted as soon as I notified them.

Ok great, I appreciate the honesty. That its a reliable shop but if they do mess up they fix the prob asap. Cool cause theyve got some minis that i cant find on any other American sites.

excellent service. If something you want is out of stock, just give borg an e-mail for some special arrangement. That\'s what I did last time

i find it slow (although could be as much about the british postal service as anything) but totally reliable, borgs a pretty good guy and sorts out anything sharpish

TBH, you can get some miniatures cheaper by going directly to the manufacturer\'s website than by buying from CMON which is a third-party (\"middle man\") seller, but if you want to buy a bunch of miniatures from different manufacturers there is a saving on postage so it\'s slightly cheaper and more convenient to buy from the CMON store.

I\'ve only placed two orders with CMON so far but it seems like a pretty reliable store to me.

The only time I ever ordered, the order arrived almost a month later, and one of the miniatures was incorrect. I sent in an email asking to send back the miniature and get the one I ordered, and had to wait almost a week for a reply. Once I got a reply, I sent the miniature back...

And never heard from anyone again. I sent three emails asking if the miniature had been received and never heard anything.

I love the website, but I\'d never order from the store again.
