Question about % of core in an army

When you count your core percentage you obviously count the command group as % of the core points. Do you count the magic banner as a % of the core poitns as well? Does that also apply to rare and special units?

Yes the magic banner is counted in with whatever unit has it. It does also apply to it wether it is a core, special or rare.
