Question about scale - Deladrin, Assassin

Hi all, I just love the sculpt of the Deladrin, Assassin by Reaper and I was wondering what scale it is in. (I hope it\'s at lease 28mm scale)

Reaper are 28mm, but slightly smaller than GW\'s \"Heroic\" 28mm.
The Birch Seed Leaf on the base should give you some idea.
