And I do mean OLDER !
Just dug out a mini from my pile which I painted back in about 1977-8, yes that long ago. Anyway it's a 54mm Battle of Britain pilot by Les Higgins Miniatures and I'm trying to work out exactly when it was made. I'm thinking early 1970's because Les died in 1972. I've stripped it ready for painting again but here's a picture of how I painted it when purchase.

waghorn, you need to post the pic to photobucket (or other web hosting service) first. CMON (and most bulletin boards) won't accept uploads directly from your comp. They need a web address.

And photobucket won't work at the moment and even their tech people don't know why...

For some obscure reason it wont upload properly via the 'manage attachments' - which is why I started a new thread, same title. Doh.
