Question on Putting a Game Together and Shipping after Kickstarter is complete

A question for CMoN and those that have successfully Kickstarted a miniature/tabletop game.

I've seen a lot of great games funded on Kickstarter, from CMoN, Mantic, and many others. And they all have a lot of minis, pieces, and boxed sets that have to be sent out.

My question: What do you find is the best way to compile all the bits, pieces, and parts and send them out? Do you use a single company that manufactures, compiles, and boxes everything? Or do you go to several vendors for different parts, compile and box everything at your place of business/front room/basement and send out yourself?

So I haven't done a kickstarter but I have been involved in a product launch from an engineering point of view. It comes down to cost analysis, can you find one company to do all that at a reasonable cost? or is your only option to do it alone? if you do it alone temp workers are almost a must to get the volume for the launch, its better everyone gets it a little late then some get it before others. Just be clear to convey delays ahead of time, explain the situation and what you are doing to remedy them.
