Question to CMoN about Gencon

Yesterday I listened to the most recent Dice Tower podcast and during an interview at Origins, a CMoN worker said they were working to have Zombiecide ready for GenCon. My question is, if you indeed do have the game ready for GenCon but cannot get it out to us KS backers before then, would there be a way to set up pickup at GenCon. I only live 45 minutes from Indy so there is no way I do not go to GenCon, and I would be happy to save you the shipping money if this were the case.

Last I heard they are trying to get it out before GenCon, but when they put the release date out were not 100% sure they could hit it. Because of that they put out a date they were sure they could hit with the hopes of getting it out early and making people happy (rather then forcing a delay if things didn't go well and getting people upset). I used the same tactic when I use to do freelance web design, it's always better to be early then to be late.

I am pretty sure they said that it will be out to us before it could be purchased anywhere else though, so if it's ready for sale at GenCon you will probably already have your copy.
