Anyone know if put a magnet with sculpey and bake it for 15 minutes at 275 degrees will it mess up the magnet?

depends on the strength of the magnet. The more magnetic it is,.. the more heat it can withstand. At such low temps, and short bursts of time, it should be fine. However, high-heat and/or long term conditions can/will demagnatize the metal.
