One I can answer!

a percentage of the population can\'t filter the honey well in their kidneys, and excrete it.

There are also populations that have horrible smelling wee from asparagus (apparently brits are more prone to that one than than the french) and pink wee from eating lots of beetroot. I think the asparagus one is 40% of the british population get smelly wee

It\'s not just wee that asparagus, etc flavours... But I\'ll leave that to your imaginations :innocent:

Another one though, that I haven\'t had adequately answered:

Why is it that water at body temperature (37.5 C or 98.2 F) is comfortable - neither warm or cold, but gases or solids at that temperature feel hot...?

(I imagine it\'s something to do with molecular resonance, but that could just be bollocks lol)

You can; it\'s just highly improbably that you will.

Probably working it too long or the fat isn\'t kept cold enough*.

She does.

I\'m here all week :]

*Seriously if the second one is the likely problem (warm hands or it\'s just very warm in your kitchen) then I\'d recommend trying a hot-water crust. Either that or turn the AC up high, refrigerate the butter/shortening and the flour before use and work it on a piece of glass or other cool surface.

Latent heat and thermal conductivity would be my guess.

To me 37.5°C actually feels warm, but my body temperature is a little lower than average.
