quick question on which colour to use..

Scaly green is the main colour, what do you think i should use underneath

a dark blue?
a dark green?
a black?
maybe a brown?

what do you think would bring the colour out the most, alsothe under colour is also what stays in the recesses etc

and this is for a space marine

Were it mine, I\'d go with dark turquoise for the undercoat and do the highlights in green. That is, with a white basecoat to start off with.
