Rackham and their BK filing...

I may be a little behind the curve here as I just discovered the other day that Rackham has filed the French version of a Chapter 11. Does anyone know what the implications will be for their continuing operations? Will they continue to produce through \"Age of Rag\'Narok\" or is everything getting shut down?

AFAIK they\'re gonna produce it, but the game will be sold over Fantasy Flight games. So basically, Rackham becomes FF\'s Citadel. Or something like that
