Rackham Delivery???

I ordered three miniatures from the official Rackham web site almost three weeks ago and have not received my minis despite having been charged from them:|~ . I have emailed Rackham twice this week but they havent replied. Does anyone know how long Rackham take to deliver ( i live in the UK btw)? And are Rackham a reliable company? I really want my Golborak:|~

I ordered from Starplayer when it first came out and had no problems, and I live in the US. Maybe since you\'re in the UK, you can go through the channel and talk to them yourself, non? I emailed them just once and they got back to me within a week. I guess they need to get the bugs worked out...

Speaking on International Orders, they\'ve finally gotten an almost complete list of countries now! If you\'re thinking of buying, register now or you\'ll have to later!

For your next order, I recommand you to order to Starplayer because they propose only products in stock.

There are two issues with direct Rackam orders. First one is that they sometimes propose on their web site out of stock products. The second one is that Rackam is now firing some employees ! I don\'t know why but it could be because of financial issues. In that case, they\'ll need time to process orders.

Well I also placed a large order with them and it took about 4 weeks before it arrived, so I guess your\'s might still be on the way.

I was pretty impressed with the new Rackham Store\'s service. Getting a free model isn\'t bad :)

Question that kinda fits with above: Did anyone get an update when they sent it out? I got an email saying they got it, but the website sez it would take 10 days to put together for the U.S... (Have no idea why) I don\'t believe they\'ve billed me yet, but that just might mean they\'re ignoring the order altogether....

I know, I\'m paranoid but that doesn\'t mean their not out to get me.. :p

well i didn\'t get an update. I ordered almost 4 weeks ago and have been charged but i havent received my miniatures yet. Rackham have also not responded to my emails i sent them 2 weeks ago.....GW always reply within 2 days. I hope i get my orders....:~(
