Rackham miniatures is going to be making pre-painted miniatures as of November 2007, and is going to
Go to http://www.confrontation.fr/ and you will find advertised on one of the pages that Rackham miniatures is going to be making pre-painted/ pre-assembled miniatures as of November 2007 to make there gaming experience faster, so the game can be played right away without having to assemble and paint the mini\'s.
They are going to STOP! making collectable metal miniatures like they make right now and have for years, that you assemble and paint your self. The new mini\'s are not only going to be plastic as I said but \"Pre-painted\" and NOT AVALIABLE TO PAINT YOUR SELF
I think this is nuts they will be loosing a whole portion of the hobby I have talked to piles of people that don\'t even play the game but just collect and paint the miniatures that will be lost and personally I love their miniatures the way they are.
I have sent an email on the behalf of about a hundred people on this matter and a have ruled against this in the hopes that they may change their minds and conitue making the collectable paintable miniatures they always have.
I encourage anyone who likes there miniatures the way they ARE NOW to do the same. You can contact them off the website http://www.confrontation.fr/
Thank for reading and Let hope they change there minds
