Rackham Paints to Vallejo Convertion plus more!

Can someone point me towards some good reviews? Also has anyony made a convertion chart for the range to Vallejo? The new Cry Havoks have painting articles that finally name specific colors from thier new range.

based on the color charts on Vallejos website and Rackhams website i used Photoshop to build this RP to VMC list. None of these comparisions have been confirmed yet with actual paint, but its a good starting point.
