I haven\'t only been sculpting lately and finishing my first ME mini... I have actuelly finished another paintjob too... Rackham this time. It was a matter of time before I finally would give in and paint one \"for the gallery\".
The statue head is actually an armorplate on one of the arm choices that came with my heresy\'s Azaroth. I had to file and cut off most of the arm for it.. Rather happy with how that worked out. The ruined stairs I made from cork.

Yeah, can\'t agree more with that. I\'m currently struggling to find something inspiring from GW\'s range for GD entries. ...and all these Rackham minis keep screaming to me that they need paint!

Great work on this little fella, I\'m going to have to get some of these one day. I love the Mid-nor stuff.

I liked doing the base a lot.

I also agree on that Rackham makes great stuff (I have garthered a nice collection by now, not much painted yet ). Not the easiest to paint though at times. Man do I hate doing filigrain... but they are great figures. I would prefer it though if they made the legs on humans a bit thicker and the breasts not quite as big as the melons they are now often. Though the to thin legs bother me more than the breasts. Maybe the casting makes it worse? Things often tend to become thinner with casting.

I\'m not that into the mid-nor clan myself actually. But I just loved these little dudes

I like this one alot. I think the base is what makes this such a striking figure. Going to have to \'mimic\' it in the future sometime.
