I painted the Nova to get it out the way, mostly. It\'s possibly my least favourite Cynwall sculpt, but oh well. It was also an absolute sod to photograph. I actually finished painting it before Christmas, but the pics I took back then were so bad I gave up in disgust.

I\'m pretty pleased with the puppies. I never liked the punk mane on the Fang warriors, I thought it made them look kind of like carnivorous horses and didn\'t fit with the other Wolfen at all, so I gave them the haircut of their lives and sculpted new manes with GS to try and make them look less odd. Unfortunately, my sculpting skills aren\'t all that, but I still think they look better than before. I\'m also quite chuffed with their NMM bits. I might finally be getting the hang of where the highlights are supposed to go.

So...



...what have I done wrong this time? lol

the nmm aint bad. i stand by my earlier comment about upping the contrast.

one thing though - MOULD LINES!! on the wolfen weaps. oh dear

I know. I\'ve had these guys sitting round in nothing but primer for Christ knows how long, certainly since before I even owned any needle files, and I was sick of them staring at me with no eyes, so I just went ahead and painted them. Probably shouldn\'t have done that really.
