Has anyone got this yet?

I took delivery of a load this morning and the temptation to rip one open was overwhelming (so I did :cool: ) :D

I have to say that this is a quality release and that Rackham have done us proud again. The Aarklash background book is superb and full of top quality illustrations and pics - really well printed too... as is the rulebook. I\'m really glad I succumbed to keeping one, as the books make this worth every penny even to a non-player like myself. (makes a certain multi-national plc look a bit poo really).

Oh... to everyone who ordered one - it\'s on it\'s way :D:D:D

I soooo don\'t want to spend more money now.. I don\'t have that much after the holidays and my painting skills seem to be on hold for everything else so I can\'t make money!! ERRRRRGH!! :mad:

For $70 those books ought to be made of gold!

Ack, would be nice if it came with some wolfen or devourers though! I might have been able to justify buying it if that were the case.....:(

It comes with alternative cards with wonderful drawings. The minis will never be done, but they are good inspirations for conversions. And there are Wolfens among them ;).

However, do take note that the french version only costs 50€. I suppose they are taking into account the difference between the € and the $.

Hmmm...

Well according to the Rackham website about 5 seconds ago the English version is 50E with a free, limited edition Drac Mac Syro and the French version is 54E with no free gift.....and it is out of stock:flip:

I am so sad.......I couldn\'t wait for the English edition and bought a French edition months ago which I can\'t even read, but that doesn\'t stop me dribbling over the pictures though:D

Yes I thought about that heres what I come up with
I should be able to start it at 40. us and it on the site for english is 66. us
although I will not get a mini I do not think I mind:D
I am getting the limited guy as well and and and I love this stuff

i ordered mine direct last week from rackham...now i\'m waitin\' in ambush for the fed ex man...such a deal too...i got the book plus drac for ten dollars less than it will be in the sates(not even takin\' drac\'s cost into consideration)...plus since i bought the two mail order centurus clones, the two alternate mid nor skinners, the royal guard statue, and two english crow minis, i get $60 worth of orc minis for free...and free shipping...
more companies should learn to treat their customers like rackham does...

That free mini offer from Rackham is excellent!!

I have taken advantage twice now. I was expecting loose minis and was really pleasantly surprised to find out that you get the fully blistered \'real deal\'. And free postage.....Nice one Rackham:flip:

Yup, I\'ve had the French version for bloomin\' months. Been drooling over the high quality publications and the pictures therein.

Can\'t wait for the English version - I\'ll now be waiting for my copy to arrive from GameMart - I hope it\'s not the opened one! ;) Thanks in advance Andy! :D

Bugger, bugger, bugger.....

I WANT my copy NOW!!!! Peter got his and he ordered waaaaay after I ordered mine!! Not fair :stamps foot and sticks bottom lip out for greater effect:

...after sulking for an undetermined amount of time....

Maybe it will arrive tomorrow.... :rolleyes:

Its nicer than the French version - nice hard box rather than a flimsy sleeve and its got the new models in AND I can also understand it too!! ;) :D

Thanks Andy - it was all the sweeter for the free model from GM too. It\'s like Christmas all over again ;)

It is considerably better than the French version. Almost makes it worth the wait. Even the box oozes quality..it\'s the first cardboard box I have come across that appears to have an airtight seal:flip:

As tooshy said, all the books have been updated as well which is nice...and the smell....if you like the smell of Harbinger...you will love this. They really ought to bottle it:D

I got mine direct from Rackham and received a limited edition Drac Mac Syro (Sorry Andy, I have already got a draw full of \'Crows\').

All in all....thoroughly recommended:bouncy:

It is indeed very nice!

Finn... the one\'s that we have include Drac Mac Syro too. They are limited to 3000 worldwide. I think the UK\'s quota is about 1000.
