dude, nice one! You've done a cool face! I'm not suprised it took a few tries, but it has paid off - nice one :) I mean, we can talk about proportions, and that takes you so far, but now you've done one or two, and you've proved to yourself that you can do the dreaded face, it's a case of practice making perfect, do a few more and work alongside a book...I have an old unavailable one called 'drawing faces'. Specific to this one, I'd suggest having the ears a little lower on the head, and the bridge of the nose between the eyes a little thinner and closer to the face. Great stuff! Are you beginning to feel like he's getting close to the finishing line now? I am :)

I can't see the pictures?
Yeah, that's because I was hosting them all at WAMP, and WAMP just moved to a new site, so all my pics are in limbo at the moment. They'll be sorted out in a day or two.

I hope you haven't given up on us, James. I know it's been forever since I updated, but I'll have my guy's hat, hair and tie done and up tonight. Things have been a little crazy since my wife and I found out she was pregnant, which is excellent!

When you post the next steps, I promise to have my update done within the following week.

Here's my progress for the current step:

The hair was a lot more of a challenge than I expected.
