It may not be old, but my rarest is probably the Winter Knight (aka Jon Snow) from Latorre. I think they only made 50, so I was glad to grab one while I could. Now if I can just find time to paint it...

I've got a few Games Day models that are pretty scarce, a harry the hammer but I bet its probably one of my random old Rogue trader models. No one wants and eldar musician.

Either the rogue trader space marine that was featured in the rulebook or one of the random test casts I was given.

limited to 25 pieces each, and have two sets:)...
