Recommendation for a single-action airbrush?

Hi all,

I currently own a Sparmax DH-103 dual-action airbrush. However, my arthritis is rapidly degenerating, and I cannot control the airbrush anymore. Can someone recommend a good single-action, gravity-fed airbrush, please?

Sorry to hear about your arthritis, would using a pistol style airbrush help?
