Glad someone posted this. I was just about to. Here is a summary of the pledge levels:
1) $8 - One individual Hero figure
2) $25 - One Hero + 1 Rank
3) $25 - 4 Heroes
4) $45 - 2 Heroes + 2 Ranks
5) $45 - 8 Heroes
6) $60 - 3 Heroes + 3 Ranks
7) $110 - 7 Heroes + 6 Ranks

As the KS is about to hit the second stretch goal (15,000), a the KS has been updated with more:
Stretch Goal # 3 HelsVakt Hordesmen $20,000
If we go to $20,000 the Helsvakt Hordesmen will become available as Ranks options. Each "rank " of this pack will include; 1 sprue of 4 torsos, 4 sets of legs, 1 sprue of 5 open faced helms, 2 sprues of 4 weapons ( Axe, Sword, Ball Mace and Flanged Mace, and 4 round shields. All parts are universally interchangeable with one another granting EXPANSIVE possibilities for customizing the look of your horde! Choose to make them dual wielders or a unit of shielded warriors the choice is up to you!
Stretch Goal #4 $25,000 Yrsa and Fenris
When we reach $25000 Yrsa the accursed and her beloved Guardian Fenris God of Wolves become available as character options to all pledges lower than $110, but will be included free in the $110.00 and above pledge.
Stretch Goal #5 $30,000 Varp Krigare
When we reach the $30,000 mark then the Varp Krigare, blood mad berserkers and personal guard of Yrsa the Acursed, become available as rank options. This set will include 4 figures ( 2 "guard " mode figures and 2 " Warp " mode figures. ) and 2 sprues of weapons ( 1 sword, 1 axe, ). one full set of 4 ( 2 guards and 2 warp models ) count as 1 rank.
Stretch Goal #6 $35,000 Conradt the Crazed
When we reach $35,000 Conradt the Crazed Champion and leader of the Varp Krigare becomes available as a character option. This set will include 2 models. Conradt's Command pose and his Warp pose and a sprue of 4 weapons ( 2 axes and 2 maces. ). Also all pledges of $110 and above get Conradt added without reducing the number of Character Option slots availible to those pledges.
Stretch Goal # 7 $45,000 UNDEAD!!!!!!
What horde of evil Hel worshipping marauders can be complete without a great shambling mass of disquiet dead? Well NONE as far as Red Box Games is concerned. These are pitiful remnants of what fools and wretches have had the great misfortune to cross the path of and HelsVakt war band. Rotting as they walk these horrifying creatures swath the enemies of the HelsVakt relentlessly, mindlessly, remorselessly.
When we reach $45,000 then the Shamblign undead become available as rank options. This set includes 9 different undead zombies x2 for a total of 18 zombies ( 1 rank ).

My apologies for taking so long with the latest update. thanks everyone SO much supporting thus far! I am really excited fro the future of RBG! We have had some rough patches here and there and there are a lot of lessons to be learned! Rest assured though that I am always paying attention and I will be working as hard as I can to make everything of this that I can for you guys!
So, everyone has been asking for a kick starter exclusive figure and it seems that a female HelsVakt Hero is what people are asking for the most I intend to publish a unit of Hels Maidens if the kickstarter goes high enough and what better way to preview that than with a Kick Starter exclusive HelsMaiden Hero? Behold Svetlana! Beautiful and Cruel and utterly devoted to the Bloodthirsty whim of her Dark Matron Svetlana leads her cruel Vixens into the fray!
This figure is immediately available to add to your existing pledge for $8.00. This figure is not included in the standard character options and will not be available after the Kickstarter campaign closes.
And finally Conradt the Crazed. This is the Hero leader of the Varp Krigare. Here we see the brooding Warrior in waiting. Calmly he watches the ascending carnage of battle awaiting the word of Yrsa herself. At her whim and blessing does he transform into the lunatic killing whirlwind of the Varp. No HelsVakt army is complete with out such a massive brute of a slaughterer champion!
This is one part of the two figure pack that is released after the $35,000 stretch goal is met. Once released this character will be available as a character option. But will be included for free in all Fjarde ( $110 ), Femte ( $145 ), and Sjatte ( $185 ) pledges.
There is much much more coming in the next few days. More art, more figures more stretch goals and hopefully more Pledge options! Thank you all for your enthusiasm and contributions!
ALSO if you have not yet switched your pledge over from the original more confusing pledges( those which are now limited ) please do so so that I can delete the old pledges. You do not need to up your pledge to switch over and you will still receive the same stuff. The switch merely allows me to eliminate the confusion.

$35,000 has been reached, which means that Conradt the Crazed will now be available as a hero choice. He comes in two forms - the waiting form (see concept art above) and his berserking warp form. Any pledges at $110+ and above will receive Conradt's both forms for FREE!
The next stretch goal is $45,000, which would unlock the lesser undead as ranks and the keeper as a hero character. If the KS reaches $45,000, anyone who has pledged at $110+ and above will receive 18 of the lesser undead for FREE!

One more WIP on Conradt the Crazed, and the concept art for his warp form. The waiting form is about 40mm, so he will be towering his fellow varp krigare. The warp form will be even bigger!

Stretch goal $45,000 has been reached, and now the Lesser Undead are available as rank choice. This also means that everyone that has pledged at $110+ and above receives 18 zombies for FREE!
The next stretch goal is at $50,000 where the first (of four) cavalry rider is unlocked. You may get one rider + mount instead of 1 rank or 2 character options!
