Reference Article on Crusading Knights

I put together this article for people interested in trying out historical subjects. In many instances, there's not much difference between historical knight figures and fantasy figures (except perhaps the extra details on the armor). So if you want to try out historical, knights are a great place to start. However, movies and tv have given us a version of crusaders that doesn't necessarily match with reality. I put together this overview article on the Crusaders to help give you an idea of what they really looked like.

Please take a look and hopefully you will find it helpful. Of course, everyone is welcome to take artistic license with their figures. But better to do that for artistic reasons and not just because you didn't know any better!
