Im interested to know how the rep power works on CMON? I see some guys with 50 posts and rep power 2 and others with 200 posts + and zero rep. Just interested in the mechanism.

If you look underneath a rep power value, you'll see a Star icon, you can use this to give rep to a particular person's post - for example when they've been particularly useful or posted something highly amusing. You can also put a comment alongside it - it's worth putting your user name and then they'll know who gave them it and might pass some back your way. I've a feeling your own rep rating gives a higher bonus
