A squad of scouts.
I\'m looking for critisism on the colour scheme, blending, NMM and anything else you care to offer.
(Don\'t worry about hurting my feelings, I wouldn\'t ask If I didn\'t wanna hear it.)

he\'s nice, trousers look a little flat. it\'s hard to tell the pic needs to be bigger. and finish the base!!

yeah bit tricky from the photos but he\'s looking good.
I really like the face a lot of detail brings it to life...Material looks a little flat maybe some deeper shading required ?
I always like to finish my bases at this point with scouts and then use the rest of the paiting to match the scouts into the base..
looking good closer pics would help

here\'s a bigger pic.
I probably won\'t start basing till all of the mini\'s have got to this stage, and then I\'ll make any adjustments, like the idea of them fitting in with the base.

Yeah the box wasn\'t an area I was particularly looking for advice on, but there you go.
While we\'re on the subject, I dunno why they\'d need one, I always imagined Space Marines to be like eunachs, wouldn\'t do for any sexual urges getting in the way of all that overly pious facism.lol
Dunno about more highlighting or not on the armour, I\'m not into the idea of them looking shinney, they\'re not so flat first hand, I\'ll give it a go and see.

looking really really closely I\'d say the armour is fine now...It\'s the pic that doesn\'t show it well..(I only say this because my pics suck and I can get an idea of the real life look...

I like the faces, and is that a scratch painted on the snipers pad?
And I\'d imagine the marines still have all the necessary equipment, but their faith and piety rule their lives, (along with hypnotherapy) so they never use it...It might not even work, with all the chemicals and genetic modification...
But its probably there for protection...even if you are an 8-foot tall genetically modified superhuman, a swift kick in the knackers is still gonna hurt...

Im working on a set of these my self,
im using a lot of fantasy bits on mine,
they all tie in with my pirate scout in my gallery,
I really like the scratches on the shoulder pads.

Finally got round to doing a bit more.
The hood Idea I\'ve seen some one else do on CMON, it seemed a good idea to introduce a little variety, hvy bolter has had a head swap, as the same mini\'s in another squad , the m. launcher seen previously had weapons swapped, he was one of the close combat scouts, the rest of them are as sold.
I\'ve still got to do the metal areas, the bases, details and any final toches that may be required.
In the voting, I\'d like to push them into the mid 7\'s, what do you think so far?

To get a mid 7\'s you have to get half the people to vote 8\'s, so I would try and get one of the team, and really work on the highlights. I like them they look war torn and the colours are great. Bigger piccies of the latest ones would help for feed back

Nice work, I think that these are easily your best so far. I especially like the worn and rugged look they have, and the missile guy is a nice conversion too.
