I still need a Micron Pen for the eyes, Considering thye where so difficult to assmelbe and the odd proportion I am happy how they turned out.

Looks nice, but the angle and the glare from the lighting makes it hard to judge. I think you nailed the skintones and I really like how the bases complements the minis.
It seems like different parts need to be sepparated a bit more from each other. They seem to flow together a bit now.
For eyes, the most important part is that you sit comfortably and put your hands together so that they shake in the same pace (if you have the same problem as I have). Secondly do the eyes first in the face so that you can correct with skincolour. Put very little paint on a brush with a good point and be gentle in your motions. It can feel easier to first do the entire eye in black and then dot in the whites on either side. Then you can have something to aim at as well, keeping the eyes from becoming cross-eyed.
