I bought a Rhino it at the same time I bought the Valkyrie but I'm just now getting around to it. With the Valkyrie, I glues the side doors shut so I wouldn't have to mess with any of the interior. This time around, I'm doing the interior. Here's what I've got so far for the back wall.

I just airbrushed Deck Tan over everything and then painted the electronics. I just finished painting on some oil paint for weathering to make it look like the troops just tracked a lot of dirt and mud inside- pics of that when it's dry. Oh, and the glare on the radar screen was painted there.

I'll be airbrushing the exterior with GW Ultramarine Blue as my mid tone, to give you an idea of color. I'm going with a more factory new look, so the only weathering on the outside will be where the wheels would kick up dirt, the smokestacks, and some carefully chosen paint chips.

Here's the dirty version of the console. I know the Imperial Eagle is off center. I was putting it in place, dropped the brush I was using to postion it, and by the time I got it up off the floor the decl was set. I'm ot too worried about it though, since the exterior housing is going to be glued in place on top, so it won't be too noticable.

I also finished the interior weathering. Those marines sure don't wipe their feet before the come inside! The exterior will look a lot crisper, so I'm using this to add some nice contrast of textures.

Next I'll be airbrushing on the main colors.

Crisp exterior? But that would hurt me eyes, it would. Dirty and combat-worn, that's what we like. :D
