No doubt that with such great work, we'll see Ju-Won Jung again soon!

- The Indiegogo campaign to finance "ROCCO, - the most massive, mounted orc in 54mm ever realized" is a huge hit! The objective was reached in just one night and the two stretch in less than 4 days!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all of the contributors.
From now, ALL THE CONTRIBUTORS WILL ALSO GET HELMUT AND CARMINA FREE OF CHARGE.

Very good for 75 euros including Rocco, isn’t it ?

Nothing for most people. But I took part in an Indiegogo campaign from a Spanish firm, and had a very bad experience. As a result, I (a) will never buy anything from this Spanish firm ever again, and (b) will never use Indiegogo ever again because of their imposed inflexibility on pledges.

Ah, that's fair enough I suppose. Once bitten, and all that. I'm backing this because I trust Jeremie. It's also a good deal, but the trustworthiness of the campaign operator would always be my first concern in any indiegogo or KS.

I have backed a dozen or so kickstarters and at least two indiegogo - must say that I've had a decent results with both platforms. Think ultimately you have to trust the person/company that is pitching the product, not the process.

Hi all !

Did your problems where cause of the Website ? Or the compagny using IGG or QS ?

Actually, the goal and the 2 stretchs goals are OK, Figone is a famous compagny, I have experience and a lot of people use Figone regularly.. So on this campain, there is no isks for me ;)
You'll get the mini in time ;)
Sorry::: "The MiniS", cause now there is a lot in the box ;)

A couple of news pictures today !
We've reached the last proposed stretch and runnin' out of ideas for the moment... but who can say what we may ask to Santa...

As a stretch goal ( or an additional discounted purchase ), how about offering the beast's head
as a bust ? Maybe offer it with alternative horns for more of a dragon look ?

I only say this because most of the work on the head ( which is excellent ) has already been done....

Another possible stretch goal would be alternative parts for the rider, additional items being carried
on the beast or even customizing bits for the base.....

Just some thoughts.

Kind Regards,

Chris Wheeler

Hello miniature-eaters!

Things are moving on fast on our side!

We've barely had time to put stuff online that a stretch goal was unlocked, followed by the second, then the third!

In addition to the models of Helmut and Carmina, a free banner will be added to the package that all of the campaign's backers will get.
Rocco – the most massive mounted orc in 54mm ever

In order to be sure to satisfy everyone (sculpting and casting a model takes time), and to avoid the usual effects which happen whenever we announce something, we'll wait a few days to announce the next bonuses of the campaign.
It'll be Christmas before its time!

Here's a recap of what we have so far, and there's a good chance it'll increase some more!

Here are the last few WIP shots from Allan's workshop.

In parallel history buffs will be able to appreciate in the Figone store the addition of Lallah Fadhma N'soumer, the 19th century Algerian Kabyle revolutionary, a figurehead in the struggle against the French conquest of the 1850s.

Scale 75 is working on a set of gorgeous busts, starting with Laurel and Hardy, as well as two sets of paints b(Blakck & white + Sky &ice), one of which will be very useful to paint these busts.

Thanks to you all the Indiegogo campaign is a roaring success. We needed your help and you responded beyond our wildest hopes. So, to thank you (and because Christmas is coming) in addition to the first three unlocked stretch goals we are adding an extra present - Tahar'Ama !
20131210121209-Christmas_Goal_V2.jpg

So that’s not three but four free figures for anyone ordering Rocco on Indiegogo (for contributions perk 2 and above).
Tahar'Ama will be sculpted by Christian Hardy in 32mm scale.

All this for only 75 euros, it’s a no-brainer. There are just three days left to profit from this offer so please help spread the word.

Here’s a fluff description for the piece written by Yannick Degiovanni to mark the occasion:

On the crest of the escarpment the reptilian sentinel dozed under the pale sun.
Rocco the great varanus captured the scattered thoughts of his rider like he was fishing for flies with his tongue. As Rocco was the last dragon of this world so Rollo was the last dragon rider. Rocco did not complain. He could sum up his rider in one simple sentence: a humble spirit in a healthy body. Easy to influence, effortless to lead; a natural sponge, which Rocco could fill up and squeeze out at his leisure.
Rocco sighed, and cast a languid glance at the valley beneath him then looked to the far off snowy peaks. He felt Rollo stiff as a poker in the saddle, ready, attentive; another sigh escaped, this time accompanied by a small smile which revealed the tip of his forked tongue.
All things considered, Rocco was in a good place. Things could have turned out worse.

Later,
Jérémie

Would really like to pledge for this, but can't afford to...would anyone like theirs (or anything else for that matter) painted? :p

Love the Helmutt concept sketch, and the sculpt of Rocco looks fantastic!

would help if we could see how you paint :)

as for Rocco: I soo didn't want to buy one more mini that I'll probably never paint because I don't have time for it, but it just looks awesome, so I gave in today and pledged today.

edit: found your gallery on wamp (I hope I found the right one), looking through it atm.

Lol, good point! Didn't think I'd get anyone genuinely interested to be honest! My photography skills are awful, but I've bagged a few awards in the last couple of years over at Wamp and got finalist pins at GD and finalist places at Salute. Anyway, hijack over!
