hey guys, taking on the advice of you lot from the painting threads i had up i thought id throw up some images to let you comment further on how its going and where i can improve.

And my second work. Yep a large space marine! OK OK i know it doesnt hold a candle to the superb work by Giganticdark. But let me forward my thanks to Cassar for doing the conversion work to make this guy the Heavy Bolter! I know hes been waiting to see what ive made of it

keep the room temperature fairly high when spraying and light \"fly past\" type strokes with the tin, sanding the primer use the finest wet n dry paper you can get 1500 at least and use luke warm water with a little washing up liquid that should prevent the paper becoming too dry and stripping the primer off. it should take maybe three or four coats before you get coverage of all the little nooks n crannies but its better to do it that way because if you try n do it all in one coat the chances are you will end up with runners all over the place, be nice to see the finished product once its painted up.
