What happens when the surivor with the hightest danger level dies. Will the danger level stay up or will it now correspond to the now highest danger level of the remaining survivors? We had the case that the "orange" survivor was killed and the other were all in the yellow danger level, what happens now at the next spawn phase?

Can you attack with a weapon while you are in a car?

The danger level corresponds to the highest danger level of the survivors in play. So, in the case of your example, the danger level would drop to yellow.

Second question:
Can you attack with a weapon while you are in a car?

Yes.

And, note that all normal weapon related rules still apply (including the normal ranged weapon priority rules).
