Rumor mill (again, but new!)

Sorry if this steps on certain peoples toes here, but just read the disclamer below first.

*Disclamer* this has not been proven, as no GW personel are either willing or allowed to talk about the recent losses to the company. With this in mind, read on.

From what I\'ve heard Andy Chambers was opposed to the recent restrictions on GW Rouge trader stores (increased prices, no online-selling, and the like), and that\'s why he left. Because of the abuse of the hobby stores that aren\'t making GW money directly. Also lowering it\'s respect for the common gamer in the process. Unfortunatly for GW (if it\'s at all true), he may be going off to another mini company. Just a local rumor, and feel free to either prove or disprove me as you like.

eeehhh...that\'s the weirdest one i heard yet. the Studio has no personal interest in the retail side of the business, at least the creatives don\'t..... They have nothing to do with what store sells what, or how, to be honest, i don\'t think most of them care. They\'re business is to make high quality games, artowork and figures, the guys in sales, retail etc are the ones that...well, do the selling.

I\'m not going to go into any other stuff here about this, because of the reasons quoted in another thread on this, but no, he did not leave because a few small stores in the states are being mistreated....sorry.

srry, just the latest rumor on the loss of the guy who had his hand in much of what goes on in GW.

both your absence and his has come into the GW gamer community, outside of the forums that is, as a great loss. We don\'t exactly see anyone offering any other explanations (or even acknoledging the loss in GW\'s case), so we are forced to find our own reasons.

P.s. sorry to hear about your mom\'s dog.
