Anyone who knew the man's history would know that it took a miracle to keep him from dying in a car crash WY BEFORE Jackass became a TV show. But, the man was a great part of the cast, and will be missed. Bam's crew will never be the same. You'll be missed, Dunn.
Shame that it was/may have been alcohol related, and may or may not have killed a passenger.

Nope he DID kill his passenger. I have more sympathy for that guy to be honest.

Its a harsh truth.
There is no excuse for drinking and driving(*), and no excuse about "Not Knowing".
It's cost both him and his passenger their lives, I'm just glad that there were no kids involved.
(* Guilty in the past. But for more than 25 years I've held to a "Bottle, then no Throttle" behaviour.)

Eeeah, i've lost a good few people to drink driving, not all of them were actually even in the car at the time. Bit of a zero tolerance policy on that one, if someone's supposed to be giving me a lift, even after one drink i'll tell them to f**k right off and walk it.
Still, it sucks. RIP Dunn.

I have been knocked over TWICE by careless drivers. The first time on a busy A road hit and run and the police didnt manage to catch him as most of the drivers who saw it were busy attending to me and the second time I was clipped by some idiot in a van who I managed to chase him down as he was doing a turn and lets just say I settled the matter. If it happens again whoever does it will be enjoying a short holiday in intensive care.
My sympathies lie only with the families who have to pay the price for this guys stupidity. Its only blind luck that some other driver behind or oncoming wasn't involved in his accident to, more peoples lives could have been ruined for the sake of his ego.

Green cross code my arse, I was walking on the SIDE of the road. Don't forget I live in cornwall and down here we don't have paths (* see footnote) - we do have idiot drivers though, many of them happen to be tourists lol......
serious - Ryan would not be dead if he hadn't been stupid, not sure whether fortune has much bearing on the matter, it could have been avoided. everyone else is left to pick up the pieces. I have had one mate die through reckless driving on a dangerous road, watching his family at the funeral was not pleasant. His parents and siblings have to live with the thought everyday.

Yeah, I might paint up a big sign and hang it underneath the official "Welcome To Cornwall" sign on Tamar bridge. - "Welcome to Cornwall, now turnaround and Geddoofff Arrrr Lannnnd!!!"
