I\'ll be perfectly honest.......something doesn\'t quite sit with me, but i can\'t put my finger on it.

Not sure if it\'s the walking style of the legs, or the twist in the body, or the positioning of the arms.

But he kinda looks..........lack of a better word, but Gay

Sorry........maybe a coat of paint will be better

I know little to nothing about putting a model into motion, but the word \"prancing\" comes to mind when I see his legs.

I\'m not sure how to fix this. Maybe he just looks like he\'s taking his precious time. I guess a more intimidating/aggressive/hurried look might go a long way. Again I don\'t know what to say to make it look that way as I\'ve never done poses on my own, I\'m just hoping you know what I mean, or someone else does, and can demonstrate or tell you what needs to be done. :)

its because his torso is angled up, you only ever have your torso up when you are sprinting, when you are moving, about to move, accelerating, you are angled downwards

his arms out to the side, and his body upright is whats giving the feel of prancing

keep in mind, it can also be the photos, as they often ruin angles of things

:flame: lol j/k about mad part yeah when i took the pictures i saw that too and i was too lazy to take more so i just went with it but now that i realized it i fixed it i think by straightening him up(no pun intended)... but yeah i was going to prime him and i realized i have run out of white primer... now i\'ll have to wait until igetsome more....

It\'s too bad you put that Ultramarine icon on him. That prancing pose is perfect for Dark Angels  We all know what they are into :innocent:

I dont know if you plan on playing with the guy or just painting and displaying but, in gaming he cant have a storm bolter as he isnt in terminator armour.

It comes with the Space Marine Commander sprues, so I\'d say it\'s perfectly legal, unless there\'s some rule about having a storm bolter and that fist.

What irks me is the Ultra icon on his backpack and the deathwatch shoulder pad ...

Is that allowed? :s

He can have the deathwatch pad, just means he would be recalled if there was a daemon or alien attack, but he probably wouldnt wear it on his standard chapter armour, the deathwatch being very secretive and all.

But yes they can now have storm bolters, anyone who can pick from the weapons list (ie, veteran sergeants, and he would have to be to have the big fist), can pick a storm bolter.

Mind, the sisters of battle can take them as an assault weapons choice.

I can see where everyone else is comin from sayin that he looks a bit gay, but i think you can fix this. As starks333 has said, you probably need to angle the torso forward and down. you could also put the arm with the power fist back to add to the \"running\" feel, and maybe if you were feeling adventurous you could cut and reposition the legs to add motion. Never really have liked the running space marine legs that GW make, they do look like they are prancing...

also, to feel like he is running rather than prancing, try twisting the torso so he is facing slightly the other way (run a while, you\'ll know what i mean)
