Don't tease us like that! Also, that guy looks pretty grim. Maybe it's just the drill up his butt... I doubt I'd be smiling either :p

Sorry for the delay but I was very busy because was a very important contest in my town and I want people see as many figures as I can do and this way, make me a commission.

Well, I dos this figure for a contest on my town.

All with oils except the first layer.

I want represent a knight send by god to save a village .
That´s why I do a "sacred" ray of light.

With the crackle I do the burn wood effect.

This is all the acrylic job. from now, I´ll only use oils.

I start a few days ago this amazing bust of hyv miniatures.
When I finish the bust, I´ll show you a little idea that I have in mind for the miniatures world.
Keep and eye on that.

He is a marauder , and his current mission is on a coastal city. So I decide to choose a warm palette of colours, with some colders to contrast.

These are the colours I used for the orange-blonde hair.
I decide to tint the ridge with blue. More coastal look don´t you think?

These are all the hair colours.

Now I´m going to do the skin.
With the reaper paints I can easly do the wet blending technique, and I can use the acrylics like oils a little. Put some colour on the bust, and them spread easly.

After some work on the skin I decide to make a tattoo ( in the final pictures the explanation)

These are the firsts steps with the tattoo

Your work is always neat to read/look through, lots of pictures to see the progress and steps. Love the warm - cool colours of the marauder.

Nice work on the last figure there, like the overall feeling of him, He seems to have a story to tell. Good work.
