Saurus Old Blood

So I've had this guy sitting around unfinished for a bit. Aside from some minor cleanup and highlighting (I've missed a few edges of his armor and bling, that left leg needs a whole do-over, and still need to hit the gems, for example), anyone have any advice?

Looks nice. I think the gold overpowers the blue skin, the blue needs to be much brighter.

I can give it a shot. The annoying thing is that the more auspicious and older an Old Blood is, the paler he is.

Reflect some blue in the gold as well maybe to assist that idea.

How best would that be done? A thin glaze, or maybe drybrushing?
