Scale75 campaign on on Indiegogo

These don't seem like that great a deal to me. We've seen some pretty incredible addons in some of the recent Kickstarters and while I don't expect the same level on everything the bar has been set quite high, so I think you should be rewarded a bit more than this for plumping down your money up front.

Although some things look nice, the Euro/Dollar rate just sucks right now, so us US people are at a loss..

Thanks for the heads up. Looks tempting... this is a neat series of figures they're creating and I'm glad they are continuing the line. The biggest thing holding me back is not seeing the sculpt for the new figure. I get that it's not painted yet but they could still show the bare resin. The concept art is a little more cartoony than the previous sculpts have been. I'm assuming the sculptor will reinterpret the art and that's why I'd really like to see the 3-D version. Hopefully they'll show it before the campaign ends otherwise I'll have to wait on this figure.

In the meantime I'll have to think about getting one of the other figures. You do get a bit of a discount. For those of us in the US I'd estimate you save about $10 or $12 (euro to dollar + free shipping vs cost of buying it from a reasonable US online retailer + their shipping).

Much as I like the Scale 75 steampunk girls I have to agree with Einion this isn't really an instant "Gotta get em all" deal for me.
£50 for the first level to get you a figure, even with pretty artwork, isn't a deal for me.

DR its only about £34? for the first model kit price and that includes shipping....
You are correct I mis-read the pledge levels.
However the £34 is only if the 4000€ target is reached.
Current prices at Scale 75 and Arcaneminiatures are only about £2-3.00 more, so as has been said it's not much of a saving.

Don't get me wrong but had this been funding to produce a number of new figures, and not just existing ones with pretty artwork with one New Figure, then I'd have been there like the proverbial Ferret to the Rabbit hole.

i do love the minis from scale75, but this seems a little... thin... for a kickstarter. also not crazy about making everything pinup. would love to see a male steampunk char.

Iwould love to see a male steampunk char.
Yes, so would I.
A 'Mal Reynolds' type roguish character, one you could imagine doing slightly "dodgy" deals, but one you wouldn't be embarrassed to share a beer or two with.
As long as you kept a hand on your wallet.

Indeed! That is an awesome idea Dr.
Or a victorian gentleman, Bertie Wooster type, with a naive view on life, who ended up in the wrong community.
I could imagine trying to sculpt that myself tbh.
