Scar, looking for suggestions

Hi all, I hope you are well. I have opened this thread so that I might get some friendly advice on how I might improve this :

Now, this was my first attempt at some things - namely creating smoke (using wire wool), OSL and battle damage. I had done some OSL before, but only a little bit and it did not turn out that great. Thanks for looking and I look forward to some comments and criticism. Cheers !

hmm it\'s not the most polished mini but the effect is pretty good. maybe cotton would be better as smoke as its more bollowy (i know it\'s not a word but you know what i mean!)

The mini itself, I think, looks really good. I do think that the smoke coming off of the target is a little too thick, and allof the stray wires kind of ruin the effect for me. Also, I think you could have pushed the smoke\'s transition from dark at the source to light as it dissipates.

I wish you had a better pic of the smoke coming out of the mini, since it is cut off in all of your pics.

Thanks for the comments both of you, they are useful. I won\'t be using wire wool again for smoke, and agree that I should have tidied up the frayed bits, they don\'t look so bad in real life lol. Thanks again!
