I wish I was still at school

Concerning your schedule, do you go to school only twice a week? If so, it\'s only 18h a week...

Sucky schedule

7.45am - 12.30
1.45 pm - 4.30 pm
5 days a week. Pretty ugly schedule !

Ow, my bad, you meant \"school schedule\" ??

(sob, I\'m so sad I finished school like 4 months ago, life was so easy then, sleep when you want, holidays all the time...)

I spent a year in Jussieu university with this schedule:
on tuesday 2pm 4pm
on friday 10am 12am :p:D
On the other hand I spent 3 years shortly before in a basement in Paris doing something like 8am 12am / 13pm 18pm , 5 days a week  (incuding 2 quick tests and a longer one :( ) doing unholy things to half-roting frogs and rats or learning useless things about the cycle of nitrogene.
In the middle of the year, we became supported by a guy with a whip and a drum.:rolleyes:
What amazed me is that I can\'t remember the name of one of the 50 people that were in my class...

Last year in school :

Monday : English class : 8-10 am
then... WEEKEND !!! Yep, a two (count\'em) hour week.

That was cool. It only lasted 2 months though, after that I got back to a more reasonable schedule.

Well, I go back to school on the seventh of september, which is coming up scarily fast. :( The thing I hate most about school is the waking up early....If school started around 11, I\'d be quite happy to go.

That, and homework. It\'s the trickery I hate most about it. At around three o\'clock, we\'re dismissed, and we get to go home, frolicking innocently, and for a few short hours, free from the hellish hell of school.. They trick us into thinking we\'re \"free\" until we\'re safely away from the school, and then BAM! Another two hours of homework gets piled on. Devious bastards they are. Why don\'t we just tack an extra hour or two on to the end of school? No soothing facade of freedom, but at least we\'ll get our homework done. I hardly ever actually DO homework at home, but my entire evening is ruined by the pangs of guilt I get looking at my forlorn, abandoned science texts.

Cos if they tacked an hour or two onto every school day, muppets like me would have to do more teaching (and we don\'t like doing that at the best of times!)
I\'ve got another 3 weeks though.......
Hurrah for summer hols!:D

Enjoy it while you can...it wont last....

I do a 10-12 hour day Monday through to Friday, and I type up reports evenings and weekends..

That\'s why I am always on the computer...

I wish I was back at school...;)

Finn, I relate to your schedule all too well.... Yep I\'m ready to go back to school, probably a little gray bearded for all of those young ones in the local college. But soon I may qualify as a dirty old man... Maybe chase some of those young things around the campus..;)

Though I think my wife might take exception to the idea!:D

You hate homework? Try grading other people\'s homework then. That truly sucks

I had to take some classes out of order, but I managed to have a tues.-wed. schedule for three years of college.

Class, one day off, class, four days off...

I miss school.

I\'d rather be at school than at home, and get less homework. I\'d preffer if school went until 10 at night and started at 3 then I would be able to sleep in and never be late for math class (it is a miracle I passed that class). I\'m a night person anyways. Summer holidays are boring: sleep, work, sleep at work, friends then sleep again.

I don\'t know what my new roster will be yet. But then i still got three weeks holiday left! (out of twelve!:D)

Going back to school after nine years of working was the best thing i\'ve ever done!:)
