Hello, does anyone know of some cool sci-fi busts or just larger scale sci-fi miniatures with a cool look, I've been wanting to paint a large scale sci-fi model for a while.

- there are some SM busts from scibor
- you could repaint palisades busts (mostly predators and aliens)
- 2 I know from taurus miniatures (http://taurusminiatures.weebly.com/busts.html)
- wargriffon (http://www.modeldisplayproducts.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&path=66_77&product_id=186)
- if you can find some from JMD (oop, so ebay or remaining stock at best)
- hard to find (afaik only 50 were ever made), but HUSH! is a super scifi bust
- and if you don't mind the anime aesthetic, then e2046 has loads of good models.

larger minis...
- andrea miniatures' dark nova series
- scale75 fallen frontier series

and I hope others can suggest some too, as I would be interested too.

Thanks for the suggestions. That HUSH model was what spurred this interest to begin with but it seems fruitless to try and get one.

Relic or the Relic expansion. You get a bunch of 1/10 busts that are a decent quality with a board game. Pretty good value for the busts alone :)

Not quite what I have in mind, appreciate the suggestion none the less.

If anyone else knows of any good bust manufacturer, I've only really been able to find one or two that I kind of like..

Fun thing with Major-Tom is, that you get 2 busts for the price of one.
The only thing you have to do is make a duplicate (with instamould for example) of the inner-torso to help mounting the armored parts. It doesn't even need to have perfect details as the armor hides it pretty well.

wouldn't mind a few more options for sci-fi busts though...
Afaik there will be some extra for Infinity (sci-fi, cyberpunk, bit animeish). At least that was my impression based on the bust, that will be in the AG-Masterclass2 book. ( http://www.luxumbra.es/products )

also how about a bust based on this image ? http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-XynFVlTq7B0/Ubku7GyslKI/AAAAAAAAA-4/zsHQ7-1-W10/s1600/rzjy3.jpg I planned to have it sculpted in 2017 (if the sculptor is free and accepts the job)

IF you can find it JMD Miniatures did a few sci-fi / modern ones.

also worth looking at: http://www.elgrecominiatures.co.uk/ They have a good selection of busts, some even sci-fi.

So it also comes with 2 different heads?? Or do you have to use the closed visor? Interesting fact!!

Are you going to bring out a bust? It definitely looks cool! The CA is already cool, so I am curious to see what a sculptor would to with it!

Okay a quick google search does give some result but I can see it will be hard to find some of their busts still available since they stopped production.

I orderd 2! :) Thanks for the suggestion!
