Scott vs. the U.K. (Sorta Specific though....)

Here\'s my entry into the Platoon Britanica \"Johnny Foreigner\" category. The task, paint a mini representing what I think of the U.K. Easy right? From Soccer to lousy beer, so much to choose from! I chose to dial it down and be specific. One person specific. Here\'s a little story....

Legend of the UnDave

On a class field trip as a child Dave Jackson was bitten on the hand by a radioactive imbecile. From that day he felt strange desires and urges pulsing through his british veins. Soon he stumbled undergorund and found the UnCave! Once crossing the strange goofy looking crest of a cross eyed demon Dave Jackson was no more..... he was now.... UnDAVE!

Blessed with magical super powers to incorrectly give inane trivia answers and faulty thematic advice for online painting contests UnDave transforms to fight intelligence and quality painters over the internet. His prowess is so awesome that he has succesfully loaded the GWUK site in 2 minutes flat..... on a 56k dial up modem! UnDave\'s powers continue to grow and Scotland yard has installed an \"UnLight\" to summon the UnDave in his smart looking uniform to fight boredom on especially long shifts. The Queen herself has declared every Feb 29th to be UnDave appreciation day, and all members of Platoon Britanica are ordered to observe a moment of silence at exactly 2:31am. The Legend grows, and wherever there is a keyboard and an internet connection with an intelligent conversation taking place online, there too lurks UnDave ready to dumb the bandwidth down!

I hope he likes it. I\'ve spent TWICE as much time this year as I had budgeted for wondering if UnDave wears boxers or briefs.

i actually laughed out loud man! well painted to! i totally love the tan line.. the painting is really nice! the base is really cool too. Even though i dont like this mini itself all that much im giving you and 8 for solid painting and abject hilarity!

edit: Perfect example of how seeing a score beforehand can effect your vote. I saw that it was 9.4 and im not gonna be the guy to lower the score on this priceless mini! 9!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Undave: that´s just to much information..


@Scott: Awesome paintjob, and besides the tanline, the base is great, but how did you know that Undave wears the same underwear as Boratlol

Thanks again guys! The sorta sad thing is it scored around an 8.3, and it\'s gonna take me YEARS to earn that score through painting alone.

But I am glad everyone here (Especially that lousy UnDave) can take a joke.

Thanks a lot! If I had more time I could\'ve made it a little nicer. The helmet from the rear is especially poor, but it was a rush job and I hope UnDave gives it a good home.
