Outstanding! What I like the best is:

"I did this/that" + image

(and I bet there are at least ten work hours passed)...

Ok for feedback -WE WANT MORE !!!

Thanks BaM! I'm getting there, my dreadnought build is coming along but I'm stuck in the molasses of mold-making :)
I'll post some pics soon.

Insane amount of work. Wow.

Thanks Hendarion, Lemming. This was way more work than I thought it would be, but I love the model and it was worth it.
Yep, I liked posting the step-by-steps, it gave me a real sense that I was making progress. And of course I got great feedback.

Cheers!

Top notch stuff....proper modelling.

Whats up next?

Thanks Hairster! I'm busy with building the Dreadnought you saw in the other thread, plus some smaller sculpting side-projects.
No painting just yet though, it's all modelling at this stage.

Wow that really deserves to be called model BUILDING ^^ Came out really great.

Thanks CyAniDe, much appreciated!

A lot of this stuff was new to me, I hadn't built a large model like this before using cardboard.
And the painting was... interesting. Never painted a large kit like this either. I thought I did an ok job on most of it (except for the OSL on the headlights!)
but of course even with the basics I still have a lot to learn.
Which you bunch are teaching me :)
