Go down to \"The Complete Sculptor\" On Vandam between Verick and Grenwich and talk to them about Carter Jones\' class. You\'ll get a great teacher.

Well you have to start by sculpting a human skull that you can take from there or start a new project. As far as age range visit the folks at complete sculptor and talk to them
